This PR adds scripts/check-required-env.sh, a small helper script
that checks whether key L1 configuration variables
(OP_NODE_L1_ETH_RPC, OP_NODE_L1_BEACON, OP_NODE_L1_BEACON_ARCHIVER,
OP_NODE_L1_RPC_KIND) are present and non-empty in a given env file.
It also warns if placeholder values are still used.
