I noticed when I was playing around with Steam auth that EOS is expecting steam webtokens to be formatted slightly differently. Since epic now want to provide RemoteServiceIdentity=epiconlineservices you can add this using the this syntax. See FOnlineIdentitySteam::GetLinkedAccountAuthToken for implementation.
