WIP: improvements to root ai

Updates include:

• Streaming API calls
• Support for multiple AI providers
• Move AI configuration out of "experiments"
• Support for AI reasoning/logic
• Support for CMS-specific tools to allow AI to read/write data
• Client library and component for making various AI system calls throughout the UI
