Problem
The Agents page renders every persona and managed agent as a card grid with no way to narrow it. With a few dozen agents it becomes hard to find one, and there is no way to search the text that actually distinguishes agents from each other: the system prompt (Agent instruction). There is also no way to see only the agents that are currently running, or only the ones that were set up but never started.
Proposal
Add a toolbar above the card grid with:
- A search box that matches against name, description, system prompt (persona and instance), model, provider and harness id. Multi-word queries AND their terms.
- Status chips with live counts: All, Running, Stopped, Not started. A persona card is Running when any non-archived instance is running or deployed, Stopped when it has an instance that is not running, and Not started when it has no live instance.
- An empty state with a Clear button when nothing matches.
Custom agents and Unknown agents groups filter the same way. Agent teams are unchanged.
I have a working implementation with unit tests and a Playwright test and will open a PR referencing this issue.
