* development: introduce JsonMapperIndex and eliminate class lookup (Class.forName) for better performance
* master: able to create fatjar Reverted bluelinelabs#144 and fixed the issue another way. Also version bumped.

class lookup could be very expensive. By adding prebuild MapperIndex could reduce the time on Class.forName()
