I added another camera recall (Control+E) to my Shift+W recall. This allows me to shiftQW to select production+go to the rally point as usual, BUT now I can recall my rally point camera while adding production facilities. Basically: be doing stuff - my new buildings in base completed go to base production camera (ctrl+d) while ctrl is held click on the fresh facilities and assign them to the group (ctrl+q) ctrl+e to go to the rally point camera (adjust / add new rally point (because when you hold shift rally points shift queue) ) ctrl click new units if needed to assign them
