Bumps the HarnessImageTag CloudFormation default from hermes-1.9.1 to hermes-1.9.2 (latest harness release — v1.9.2, 2026-07-18). Updates the manage-bclaw skill's version references for consistency: the 'current' and 'default e.g.' examples now show 1.9.2, and the Mode 3 upgrade walkthrough illustrates 1.9.2 → 1.9.3.
