Summary

This PR moves the submodule to the port in bottlesdevs/next-ui#6 and addsbottles-plugin-hosttonext-ui's dependencies inCargo.lock.Depends on bottlesdevs/next-ui#6. Until that PR merges, the submodule commit exists only on its fork branch, so this PR stays in draft. After #6 merges, the pointer should be refreshed to the merged commit.
