Multi window support

It would be awesome if this package could be combined with e.g. [`desktop_multi_window`](https://github.com/MixinNetwork/flutter-plugins/tree/main/packages/desktop_multi_window) to be able to drag and drop a `DockingItem` out of the main application window into a separate one.
