Plugin

AI Recon Watcher — passively watches HTTP traffic through Caido, stores every request/response as JSON, and flags tech-stack, AI-system, and attack-surface signals as Findings. No active probing.

Hi @ajayvb03, need few things to be changed before we can merge this:

  • Currently the plugin uses raw DOM, can you use Vue instead in the frontend?
  • Currently looks like the plugin uses a custom scope system. Can you use the built-in Caido scope? Our plugin SDK exposes sdk.scope ScopeSDK you could use.

See https://developer.caido.io/plugins/guides/ for guidance

Thanks!

Hi @bebiksior, both addressed:

  1. Frontend rewritten to Vue 3 + PrimeVue (unstyled, Tailwind-themed), following the official pnpm create @caido-community/plugin Vue template - createApp + PrimeVue + the SDK provide/inject pattern, split into an App.vue root with StatCards/ScopeBanner/EndpointsTable/SkillsTable/CapturesLog components. The old hand-rolled DOM module is removed.
  2. Removed the plugin's own custom domain-scope table/API entirely and switched to Caido's built-in Scope - the live interceptor now gates on sdk.requests.inScope(request), and the dashboard shows the active Scope via the frontend sdk.scopes API instead of a custom add/remove-domain UI.

Released as v0.7.0, signed and immutable. Let me know if anything else needs changing.
