This PR extends language support for Cartesi Rollups v2.0 app development.

The docs now includes code snippets for 2 more languages, Go and C++. This creates a standard of 5 mainstream languages in the docs - JS, Python, Rust, Go and CPP.
Rollups versions before v1.5 are deprecated to avoid their web indexing.
Other minor cosmetic changes.
