This is another try at adding a path endpoint to the S3 repository in your plugin.
It has been widely commented that, with several years opened issues and PR, this simple functionality is needed in order to make the plugin run in most compatible S3 providers.
It has been tested in my side, installed in a moodle 5.2 instance, and it works.
