Updated language translations.
Simpler file structure for i18n - containing mo po ts qm files for each language. (Without the need for sub-folders etc).
Option to directly apply additional language files (mo qm) to the .qualcoder folder, and edit the config.ini language= line , to match another language source.
Edited the rebuild_languages file, so there are no restrictions with 2-letter language codes for languages.
