Three layout fixes on the event detail page:

• Embedded logs scroll sideways again. The log viewer inside event details had horizontal scrolling turned off, so long lines were clipped with no way to read them. The horizontalScroll switch is removed; every log viewer now scrolls sideways. The containers above it already carry min-w-0, so the page itself does not widen.
• More room for the log. The event list's default width drops from 42% to 28%. The storage key that remembers a dragged width is renamed (agent-compose:event-trace-width:v3) so the old remembered value doesn't hide the new default — everyone's saved width resets once. Dragging and double-click-to-reset still work.
• No text spilling out of a narrowed event list. The event list column now clips its contents, and its header (failed/succeeded counts and the "collapse successful executions" toggle) stays on one line; the toggle label truncates with a tooltip when there isn't room.

Test plan

• npm run check:ui passes.
• Ran locally against the devboard daemon and checked the event detail page: log lines scroll sideways, the new default split, and the narrowed event list.

No new environment variables or nginx changes.
