I have modified your other PR and have added these dependencies directly to the package. With regards to the UCI configuration, I think it is better to not include this. This configuration is not universal (for my SIM I need to setup different authentication). |

I propose adding some dependencies for the RAK7268V2.
As mentioned in issue #150, for the LTE versions it is impossible to obtain certain SIM information via the uqmi tool.
These dependencies allow the use of AT commands directly on the modem.
I also suggest creating a network interface if the modem is present by default (some of the rak7268 models do not have LTE), named wwan_cell.
