What

Adds a Development server step documenting that the storefront is blank on first load until the SAP Commerce (OCC) backend's self-signed TLS certificate is trusted in the browser.

Why

The backend https://40.76.109.9:9002 serves a self-signed cert, so the browser blocks its requests (ERR_CERT_AUTHORITY_INVALID) and Spartacus can't fetch base-site/product data — the page renders empty with no obvious cause. This one-time, per-browser step isn't currently in the README and is the most common first-run stumbling block.

The added step

  1. In the same browser, open https://40.76.109.9:9002/occ/v2/basesites
  2. Click through the warning (Advanced -> Proceed) to trust it
  3. Reload http://localhost:4200/ -- it now hydrates

Docs-only change.

🤖 Generated with Claude Code

First load is blank until the OCC backend's self-signed certificate is
trusted in the browser (ERR_CERT_AUTHORITY_INVALID). Document the one-time,
per-browser step to accept it so the storefront hydrates.
