Adds a Hugging Bay MCP server example to Continue's MCP guide.

• Uses the documented .continue/mcpServers YAML and Streamable HTTP transport.
• Shows an Agent-mode request to find_runnable with task and hardware; the fit is an estimate, not a measured run.
• Documents the mirror endpoint for Hugging Face repositories currently mirrored by Hugging Bay and clarifies that it does not run inference.
• Calls out that the broader MCP profile includes public writes, which require user approval.

Validation: git diff --check passed. This is a documentation-only change; no docs build was run.
