[Bug]: Field not dehydrating the state

What happened?

I am tried the field. Filled with value. Then removed the value. I submitted the form and still saved the recently removed value. After some research the component dehydration not working. Visually deleting the value from the field but from the state don't

How to reproduce the bug

The reproduction is simple. Add the component to a form without ->required(). Then for example on create page. Select a date, then remove the date, then submit the form. You will see that the recently removed date is saved.

This might also impact the issue I see (version 5.1)
when the form is submitted with Create & New the values are still displaying but the state is empty.
When you then submit (field is set to required) it raises the error "Field is required" also in the display values are shown.

Fixed in #144 (and #143 where applicable). Closing manually because the PR did not include Closes #131 keywords for auto-close on merge.
