Update 1520ify filter

Two fixes in tool-1520ify:

1. Removed trailing whitespace throughout the file.
2. Updated instrument abbreviation output:

• Base voices now render without periods: S, A, T, B.
• Numbered voices keep periods before Roman numerals: S. I, S. II (and similarly for A, T, B).
