Seam request: USER-declared TELOS dimensions, with colour metadata #2342

Closed as not planned

Description

@AntSentry

Problem. LIFEOS/TOOLS/UpdateLifeosState.ts:53-61 hardcodes DIMENSIONS as a closed as const list. Pulse styles (globals.css, telos/_v7/styles.css) and observability.ts hardcode the same set and their colours. A principal whose life model has other dimensions cannot add them.

Proposed change. Read optional [telos.dimensions] entries (id, label, color) from USER config and append them to the canon defaults. Pulse emits CSS custom properties from that list instead of from static CSS.

Why canon benefits. The rings and statusline reflect the principal's own model of their life, which is the thesis of TELOS.

    Closing this. The TELOS docs define seven fixed dimensions by design, so adding new ones is a local customization rather than a gap.
