Validation

• Targeted markdownlint passed for the guide, definition, and author profile using workspace-local npm cache
• Guide word count: 1,766 words
• SVG XML parse passed
• git diff --check passed
• Local secret/private-path scan found no local filesystem paths, tokens, or private account references
• Companion Sapat validation: pytest full suite passed with 182 tests

No paid APIs, hosted transcription calls, private media, or secret values were used. AI-assisted with OpenAI Codex and manually reviewed before submission.

Follow-up after the GitHub no-jobs compliance notification: I updated this PR to match the repository image convention by moving the diagram to a top-level PNG asset at assets/20260816_offline_transcription_with_sapat_and_daytona_img1.png and updating the guide link. Local checks passed: staged filename-regex check, targeted markdownlint for the changed author/definition/guide files, and git diff --cached --check. DCO is passing on the current head commit 911c820. The Content Compliance Check run currently shows action_required with zero jobs, so it appears to need workflow approval/re-run on the fork PR rather than a loggable test failure.
