Adds a new package to the index: loopcost-dbt.
Two macros (
loopcost_query_tag,loopcost_query_comment) that stamp a dbt model'sunique_idonto queries — SnowflakeQUERY_TAGand a portable query-comment fallback — for cost-attribution tooling to map warehouse spend back to the model that caused it. No data access, no external calls; the macros only format an identifier from values dbt already computes locally.dbt_project.ymldeclaresnameandrequire-dbt-versionper the packages docv0.1.0(semver, so hubcap should pick it up)
