Summary

fix explorer selection so stale highlights do not stick and newly created files reveal/select/focus correctly
keep diff and explorer mounted for faster activation in the active session
delay hidden diff preloading by 10 seconds and skip it while the session is actively running

Testing

pnpm --filter frontend typecheck
pnpm --filter frontend lint (existing repo warnings only)
