Could we bump this to nushell 0.108.0?

Sorry, this flew over my radar. Doing that now.

- Keeps track of a certain nushell build that is used for testing out
  the plugin
- Builds the repo using the upstream nixpkgs definition
- Check that the plugin builds/loads with `nix flake check`
- Formats the tree using nixfmt and rustfmt
used (through `nix fmt`):
- rustfmt 1.91.1
- nixfmt 1.2.0

Added a flake so I can test the build out with just a nix flake check. We could also follow nixpkgs' nushell exactly if so desired. Right now I made it so that we get to decide ourselves which version of nushell we are testing with, but that adds some overhead when updating to a new nushell.
