In file dhis2.angular.services.js, the function
setFileName(event, ...), which is used only whendataElement.valueType == "FILE_RESOURCE", performsevent.event, buteventis already a string, soevent.eventresults inundefined. The end result is that link has no text and it's not possible to click to download the file.
