Each route passes{"model": …, "build": …}and it's the the same mechanism I introduced at Migration outbox filtering #327 for{"migration": True}after reading the PR feedback._non_empty(obj, {name: attribute})is nowif_not_empty({name: value})and activities readif_not_empty({"previously": activity.previously}). The Note still builds its fields fromNOTE_METADATAitertools.cycle.
