Landing: "send it to me directly" opens a #madewithrstr Tally form - #40

The #madewithrstr section's "send it to me directly" went to the generic d17e.dev contact form in a new tab. It now opens a Tally form of its own (gDKPOd, "RSTR · #madewithrstr") in the same paper dialog as "plan a plot with me". People send a photo, scan, export or clip of their work, a few words, their name and email, and say whether it can go in the community gallery: with their name (and how to credit it), without it, or not at all. It matches the plot funnel's forms: same theme, voice, hidden fields (from, v) and email notifications on both sides. - InquiryDialog becomes FormDialog: the form id, hidden fields, heading and frame title are props, and the landing page holds one per form. - share.ts: SHARE_FORM_ID and shareFormFields replace CONTACT_FORM, with a payload version of their own. - modal.ts: opensDialog, the plain-click handler the plot service's link had inline, now shared by both links. Modified clicks still open the form in a new tab, and the links still work without JS.
