Bump MSRV to 1.95 and sync clippy lints with egui - #233

Bump `rust-version`, `rust-toolchain`, and the CI MSRV job to 1.95.0 to match the egui workspace. Also sync the lint list with the egui workspace: add the clippy lints that egui enables but were missing here, and rename `empty_enum` to its current name `empty_enums`.
