The testnet system now runs on Bitcoin testnet4 for BTC swaps. The /agents page still told agents to use
BTC_NETWORK=testnet(testnet3) and linked testnet3 faucets — which can't fund testnet4 addresses.Changes (Testnet section of
AgentMarkdown.ts)BTC_NETWORK=testnet→BTC_NETWORK=testnet4.mempool.space/testnet4/faucet,faucet.testnet4.dev), with a note that testnet3 faucets won't fund testnet4 addresses.Bittensor-testnet references (
alw config set network test, netuid 19) are unchanged — only the Bitcoin network moves to testnet4.Pairs with entrius/allways#363 (provider testnet4 support) and the allways-docs-ui docs update.
