Expose Recurring.List/ListWithDateRange via the MCP server with optional startDate/endDate (defaults to the next 30 days). Also gitignore the mcp-server build output and local .codex/ agent config.

Summary
get_recurring_transactionsMCP tool that wrapsRecurring.List/ListWithDateRange. It returns merchant, amount, frequency, next date, category, account, and the isActive/isApproximate flags.startDateandendDateare optional (YYYY-MM-DD). With no dates it covers the next 30 days.cmd/mcp-server/mcp-serverbuild output and the local.codex/agent config, which can contain tokens.Testing
go build ./...,go vet(mcp-server), andgo test ./pkg/monarch/...all pass.MONARCH_TOKENunset (integration tests skip).TestGetRecurringTransactionsToolfollows the same live-API pattern as the existing tool tests. It has not been run against the live API this round because the local token has expired. Please re-run it with a fresh token before merging.Notes
endDatewithoutstartDate, it's ignored and you get the 30-day default.
