모임 목록 페이지를 모바일 시안에 맞게 반응형으로 구현했습니다.

🔧 변경 사항

• 모바일에서 페이지 제목·상단 생성 버튼을 숨기고 목록을 1열 카드로 전환
• 전체·즐겨찾기 탭 및 빈 상태의 모바일 레이아웃 적용
• 공통 FloatingButton으로 하단 고정 모임 생성 CTA 구성
• CTA에 16px Lucide Plus 아이콘과 4px 간격 적용
• EmptyState와 GatheringCard에 화면별 스타일 주입용 className 지원 추가
