Description
This adds the initial fingerprinting and posture checking routines to the CLI client.
It also adds OLM client recovery based on the calculated platform fingerprint, so that devices that are logged out/factory reset can still be fetched, and gives more descriptive device names to Linux/macOS devices.
How to test?
Make sure fingerprints and posture checks are being sent by the CLI client.
