Description
This PR introduces OAuth capabilities to the panel, currently only discord is provided while we wait for the cfx' discourse endpoint to be patched to allow url redirects using
port:ipformat.By default discord Oauth is disabled as it requires the owner to setup an application, before merging this a section will be added to the codumentation to guide setup and how to obtain the various details required.
