My question is basically the title - for the column of clonal frequency in allele-specific copy number data of input, is this equivalent to purity / abberrant cell fraction from ascat (eg, in output, one sample is assigned with one number of purity / abberrant cell fraction for all segments)?
Asking as we don't have direct allele-specific copy number from sequencing but only deduction from ascat. Wondering if we can proceed using ascat.
