Release 0.15.0: the host keeps itself serving and clients repair it (#140), the activity log replaces the menu's activity lists (#132), a placeholder app icon (#135), and the Chrome select recipe (#139). Also moves #132's changelog entry from 0.14.0, where it landed after 0.14.1 shipped, into this release.
