Deployment Improvements

Using local then the downtime is optimized, really minimal.
I don' like having multiple tasks local and remote, i will refactor to use for example: minify:local: or minify:remote so that we can keep tasks tidy.

The login page use Bootstrap. However Boostrap is included in seevcam.min.js and seevcam.min.css therefore you can include those files instead of Boostrap.

why do you need to specify the branch here?

this is the config file for shipit where you tell it the branch to deploy, since we haven't merged in master I used the deploy-improvements to deploy my updates.

but the script should be able to detect which branch you are working on and deploy it.
