Summary of Changes

Hello, I'm Gemini Code Assist1! I'm currently reviewing this pull request and will post my feedback shortly. In the meantime, here's a summary to help you and other reviewers quickly get up to speed!

This pull request reactivates the previously ignored integration tests for the export-csv cloud function. It introduces a new mock data fetching utility to accurately simulate Firestore behavior within the test environment, allowing for robust testing of the CSV export logic.

Highlights

  • Test File Restoration: The export-csv.spec.ts.ignore file was renamed to export-csv.spec.ts, effectively re-enabling the previously ignored tests for the CSV export functionality.
  • Mock Data Fetching Utility: A new asynchronous generator function, fetchLoisSubmissionsFromMock, was introduced to simulate fetching and joining LOIs and submissions from a mock Firestore instance, crucial for testing the exportCsvHandler without relying on complex Firestore queries.
  • Test Setup Integration: The beforeEach hook was updated to use the new fetchLoisSubmissionsFromMock function, ensuring that the exportCsvHandler tests utilize the mock data fetching logic.

🧠 New Feature in Public Preview: You can now enable Memory to help Gemini Code Assist learn from your team's feedback. This makes future code reviews more consistent and personalized to your project's style. Click here to enable Memory in your admin console.

Code Review

This pull request restores the tests for CSV export by renaming the spec file and providing a mock implementation for fetchLoisSubmissions that works with mock-cloud-firestore. The approach is sound, but I found a logic bug in the new mock implementation that could lead to incorrect test results under certain data conditions. My review includes a comment with a suggested fix for this issue.
