After kfuzztest has been merged, the configs have become a little big bigger. Regenerate them in a separate commit to reduce noise in further commits.
e1000 is temporarily not an option due to a boot-time bug: https://lkml.org/lkml/2025/10/2/143 Refactor the config generation logic to accomodate merging multiple config chunks.
Set up a KMSAN fuzzing campaign in parallel to KASAN for the net patches.
