Code Review

This pull request reverts the use of cyborgtime back to humantime, following the withdrawal of a security advisory against humantime. The changes are straightforward, replacing the dependency and its type usages across the codebase. The updates to Cargo.toml, Cargo.lock, and source files are consistent and correct. The pull request seems complete and I have no further suggestions.
