PyArrow 26.0.0 is incompatible with Python 3.7 and Python 3.8. PyArrow dropped support for Python 3.7 in v15.0.0 and Python 3.8 in v19.0.0. Upgrading these pins to 26.0.0 will break installation on those Python versions. Please keep the previous compatible versions for Python 3.7 and 3.8.
