This is now handled by the gm9 folder being copied by finalize_handler.

I just realized the older PR puts the firm in a completely wrong location. I thought this other firm was used by something else, but it's not, so I'll delete it here. |

Updates gm9 firm in the romfs, also adding the gm9 folder (containing all of the needed language and script files), and removed gm9 megascript copying from finalize.gm9, because that is now handled by the entire gm9 folder being copied by finalize_helper.gm9.
