Markdown to Medium upload CLI tool.
It supports the following features:
- cross-platform (OSX, Windows and Linux)
- create blog posts from markdown
- upload image files (to include in markdown)

You need an integration token from Medium to use this tool. The option to generate an integration token is not enabled by default and needs to be requested by emailing their support address yourfriends@medium.com and providing them your profile name. Make sure you:
- have an avatar
- have a bio
- 2 samples of already published Medium posts
