• Bump the application version to 1.0.2 for the merged navigation and terminal cleanup fixes in Keep list navigation stable and preserve terminal failure diagnostics #44.
• Add curated release notes under docs/releases, require a nonempty notes file before release builds, and include it in the tag-driven release workflow.
• Update the website with paging and focus shortcuts, the pending WinGet submission, and current ARM64 COM limitations.
• Publish the website's explicit 1.0.2 announcement in a follow-up only after the release assets are available.
• Preserve the published 1.0.1 assets and the existing WinGet review.

• Locked dependency restore and both application Release target builds: passed, no warnings or errors.
• Test Release build and full suite: 365 passed, zero failures or skips.
• Critical dependency monitor test: passed.
• Website build: all 15 files and local links validated.
• 26 local Markdown links validated across nine documents.
• Browser preview checked for keyboard guide; narrow viewport has no horizontal page overflow.

Publication

After CI and review checks pass, merge this PR and tag its main commit as v1.0.2. The release workflow builds and verifies both Windows architectures, publishes the complete release, and generates WinGet manifests from the published ZIPs. GitHub Pages deploys the updated guides from main; a subsequent PR will announce the successfully published version.
