The repository moved to the heibench org. GitHub redirects repo URLs but NOT Pages: https://cameronbrooks11.github.io/gerberdiff/ now returns 404 and https://heibench.github.io/gerberdiff/ serves the site, so the docs badge and links were broken rather than merely stale. Verified both. Includes mkdocs site_url/repo_url/repo_name, the four project.urls, the issue-template config and the CHANGELOG's docs-site link.

Updates 47 references across 8 files:
mkdocs.yml(site_url/repo_url/repo_name), the fourproject.urls, README badges and links,CONTRIBUTING.md,SECURITY.md,docs/index.md,.github/ISSUE_TEMPLATE/config.yml, and the CHANGELOG's docs-site link.GitHub already updated the repo homepage field on transfer.
Gate (CI-equivalent): ruff check + ruff format --check + mypy + pytest — 463 passed.
