Code comments state that the extra margin around the progress ring on emery is to account for bezel overlapping the edges of the display. Bezel overlap was a problem on pre-production test watches, but was fixed as of the final product, and the Time 2 watches that shipped to buyers have their entire display visible. Here's a simple change that just reverts the extra margin :)
