Overview
Updates the generated Inference Providers docs to point example InferenceSnippet mappings at new default/recommended models across several providers and tasks (notably swapping the Cerebras/Scaleway chat model to openai/gpt-oss-120b, updating Fireworks AI LLM/VLM examples, updating Z.ai VLM, and revising HF Inference examples for image segmentation and translation).

Also bumps the scripts lockfile dependency @huggingface/jinja from 0.5.8 to 0.5.9.
