Add a command to delete one of the bot's messages

Useful if someone says something NSFW and you want it out of your DMs

Is there a way to check if a message ID is for a message in a DM with a user? If not, I guess I could make it so s.delete is only runnable in DMs.

You would need to get the message and then check its guild attr. Even if you make the command only runnable in DMs, you could still provide a message ID outside of DMs.

If you make it only runnable in DMs you could do it on message replies?
