Add BondByIsin as an oEmbed provider for public bond price-history and swap-curve widgets. Supports JSON rich embeds without authentication.

Adds BondByIsin as an oEmbed provider for public bond price-history charts and swap curves.
Widgets are responsive, support light and dark themes, and require no account or API key. The endpoint supports JSON rich embeds, maxwidth and maxheight.
