Closes #10. Implements an end-to-end metrics and log monitoring ecosystem. Features Prometheus for metric parsing, Loki and Promtail for centralized log aggregation, and Grafana exposed securely via Traefik v3 at grafana.${DOMAIN}. Includes complete data source auto-provisioning configs and container healthchecks.
