Confirmed that the identical update to US Core client tests fixed the issue in inferno-qa. |

Summary
Prior to this fix, the client tests were broken due to an issue in logic replacing bundle links. I believe this has to do with dependency updates inherited from inferno_core 1.4.0. If you want to observe the failing behavior (by running the server tests against the client tests, for example), you need to update to inferno_core 1.4.0 in the Gemfile.lock first.
Matches fix to US Core which is being confirmed on inferno-qa: inferno-framework/us-core-test-kit#295
